摩森康胜 四海啤酒（中国）有限公司（以下简称MCS）和中国中轻国际工程有限公司
（以下简称BCEL）、轻 鑫工程建设监理有限公司（现北京中轻国际工程项目管理有限公司、
简称轻鑫监理）、中国轻工建设工程 有限公司（以下简称CLCC）的相关人员于2011年08
月11日在摩森康胜四海啤酒公司现场办公 室举行了项目例会，会议由中轻国际公司主持，
会议主要内容纪要如下：

一、会议主题 I、Topics
1.1 CLCC汇报施工现场停工整改情况。
ClCC report the progress that they corrected the safety defects pointed out by the
local safety inspection station.
1.2 MCS对BCLL的要求。

二、主要内容 Main contents.
2.1 CLCC汇报施工现场停工整改的情况。
CLCC reported circs of the construction site.
2.1.1. 由于甲方原因不能停电，造成高压线防护无法完工，致使塔吊不能进行检测和备案。
Because MCS could not manage to stop the electricity , CLCC can not finish the high
voltage line protection , and can not apply for inspection and for reference to
the tower crane.
2.1.2. 欠缺的安全资料到明天整理完成。
CLCC should provide the safety documents which they can not hand in during
inspection today.
2.1.3. 脚手架在地下室回填结束后进行杆底落地，每根柱子都进行抱柱处理，加挂水平网。
After the earthwork backfill is over in the basement , CLCC should ext and the
scaffold’s foot to the ground , and safety net should be hung in horizontal.
2.1.4明天下午找安监站商谈复工事宜。
CLCC will go to the local safety inspection station to apply for rework.
2.1.5配电箱明天整改完毕。明后天招来一名有证的电工。
The distributor electricity box will be modified tomorrow, and a new electrician
will be on site before the day after tomorrow.
2.2
MCS对CLCC要求。
MCS’s requirements to CLCC
按照安监站的要求进行整改，做好安监站今明两天来复检的准备，别出现安监站到现场发现你方还没停工时，你方人员还未撤出施工现场的情况。
CLCC should modified the problems according the requirement of the safety
inspection station, and should do the preparation work well.
2.3
BCEL对CLCC的要求。
BCEL’s requirements to CLCC
2.3.1昨天承德市安监站来工地检查，发现了不少问题，我们认为也不一定是坏事，CLCC
和监理 应该以这件事为契机搞好现场安全和安全资料。
CLCC should keep the construction site safe and do the work of the safety documents
well.
2.3.2成品仓库地面施工进度要加快，中轻公司领导下周二来视察。
CLCC should quicken the progress of finished product warehouse , to welcome the
inspection form the BCEL’S leader.
2.3.3天气预报说今明后天都有雨，应在雨前把包装车间防水工作做好。
It will rain tomorrow or the day after tomorrow , CLCC should finish the waterproof
work of the packaging plant before the rain.
2.4
监理对CLCC的要求。
Supervising company’s requirements to CLCC.
2.4.1监理欠缺的资料明天补全。
The supervising company will improve the documents about safety tomorrow.
2.4.2 现场存在的问题要采取措施尽快整改。

The problems existing on the site should be corrected as soon as possible.
2.4.3 下发了关于安全事宜停工整改问题的监理通知，要求CLCC尽快落实。
Supervising company issued the notification about stopping work and modifying
safety problems , required CLCC to carry out the problems as soon as possible.
