On the morning of April 29,2007,from 10:00 to 11:00,hundreds of millions of students fromprimary,
middle schools and universities all over China joined in a national student sportsprogram. Eleven
million students in Jiangsu took an active part in this program.
The Ministry of Education calls on students to exercise for an hour every day,in the hope
thatthey will have good health to work fifty years and enjoy the whole life.
Personally,I think it a good idea for us senior 3 students to have daily exercise. Although wetake a
n hour a day for exercise,it is well worth it. Taking exercise helps us build up our bodyand keep a
cl ear mind. Therefore,we can work more efficiently.

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children, so they willunderstand t
hem better, and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listenmore to their
students, then they can meet their needs better, and place themselves in a goodrelationship
w ith their students; students should listen more to their classmates, thus they willhelp and
learn from each other, and a friendship is likely to be formed.
