So first, it is really my great honor to have this opportunity for this interview,

I hope I can make a good performance today, now

m gonna introduce myself

briefly.

My name is shaojing , I also got an English name, david , david beckam is

my hero. I am 25 years old ,I graduated from Nantong university . i majored in

tourism

management .i

have

passed

CET4/6

and

got

the

English

tour

guide

certificate during my university time. I also got the third class scholarship once.

I’

m proud of myself is that I have been a member of the communist

party of china. Finally I got my bachelor degree in the year of 2010.

the

past

2

years

,

have

worked

as

a

English

tour

guide

for

an

international

travel

agency

,I

also

have

worked

in

Hangzhou

ZHIYING

education for half an year

. i taught Chinese characters , read and composition.

My students are between 5 and 12 years old. I like children very much. They are

active , cute and pure ,but sometimes very naughty. however when I work with

them, I feel so relaxed, plesant and young. And what

like me , they treated me as a close friend ,they smile to me, play with me, share

their

little

secrets

with

me,

I

feel

a

sense

of

accomplishment.

never

thought of that before .this also makes my hands steady as a rock to move on

in this way. I think I like and good at working in the big environment like this.

2 . How are you going to give lessons to little kids?

I think I am gonna use all kinds of materials that are available like pictures,

word cards, toys, games in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching

methods to help children with different learning styles. I just have one thing in

my mind, keep myself attractive.

3. Can you demonstrate one lesson?

Sure. If I teach the basic polite expressions, I will teach children a song:like

good morning good morning

What

is

the

difference

between

teaching

elementary(primary)

school

children and the junior high school children?

well, when teaching little kids we to be more patient. We have to use lots of

songs, games, body language to help kids learn English. We are actorS to the

kids then. The forms of each lesson should be different.

Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some

grammar

. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions

with the children.

5. How are you going to keep your lessons interesting?

I will try my best to use all the teaching methods to reach each child. Stories,

poems, riddles, jokes

, songs are all attractive to little kids. I will let them

practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work.

Whatever works out for the children ,I will take it. There is never one way to

success.

6. why are you so interested in working for our company?/

There are three reasons, first ,I am very optimistic about the education and

training business. It

Second, reputation of your company appeals to me,Your company pay great

Why do you feel so qualified for this job?

I have got my bachelor degree. .i have passed CET 6,

I was English tour guide ,so I am confident about my oral english. At least, my

foreign friends understand what I say.

I was a teacher before,, I known kids and I love kids, I know what I should do

when I face them.

I love English, it was so hard for me to give up my last job, but I think it would

be 1 million times harder to give up English. This is my passion for English.

I think this industry is very potential , it still got a huge space to develop. As we

known, a lot of training companies have appeared these years, the competition

8 why did you leave your last job?

Actually, I

like my

last

job

and

it really

blows my mind,

but

the

company

is

immature and unstable, as a young man ,I need a new platform and bigger

space to make my career successful and go on with my dream. If

opportunity

knocks,

I

will

take

it.

9. how long will you stay with our company?

As far as I

known , this company is growing fast, it has really a big space to

develop.
