I am Chuck. Today, I want to tell
you
something about water resources.
Water is one of the
indispensable conditions to
human
survival.
If
there
no
water,there
would
be
no
life
existence.
Water
is
like
a
great
gentle
mother
who
gives
us life, so we should protect water
resources to show
how much we love it!
Although about
three-quarters of the global area
is
covered with water, only one percent can be used.
Lack
of
freshwater
resources
is
a
common
problem
in
the
world.
One
of
the
reasons
is
that
the
global
freshwater
resources have a
uneven distribution. And the other
reason is wasting water.
China is one of the most
water-short countries in
the world. It
has less than 1/4 of the world average
water. By this token,we all can see how
important the
freshwater
resources
are
for
us.
According
to
statistics, there are about two-thirds
of the urban
cities
on
a
national
scale
that
don
’
t
have
enough
water
to
use.
In
the
area
of
Loess
plateau,
the
water
consumption per capita only has about
23 liters. What
an appalling number it
is
！
But in our daily life, we can see the
scene of
wasting
water
everywhere.
We
usually
see
the
tap
running water but nobody
turns it off. And the water
pollution
in
our
life
is
also
a
common
behavior.
People
always use excess
laundry soap to wash clothes, and it
always makes pollution.
Today
the
water
resources
are
more
and
more
important. In order to
make the last drop of earth's
water is
not our tears, let

粗心的你没有拧紧水龙头，任凭它“一

候，它一个晚上流失的水，相当于缺水地区一个村庄居民的
日用水量这些事例决不是危言耸听，而是联合国有关机构多
年调查得来的
结论。
节水，已成为当务之急。今年

月份，省委书记夏宝龙
爷爷向全省人民提出了“五水共治”的号召。其中有一条，
就是“抓节水

以做些什么
呢？告诉你吧，我们可以做的，有许许多多！
一方面，我们要多多宣传，让更多的人认识到节水的重
要性，加入到节水的队伍中来。首先，我们可以收集节水的

刊印成宣传单或倡议书，
在学校、
社区里散
发；
其次，
我们可以动手制作节水的宣传海报或是宣传标语，贴
在学校、
社区的宣传窗里，引起人们的关注；再次，我们可以排演一
些和节水有关的节目，相声、小品、情景剧，在学校、社区
里表演，让节水的意识深
入人心。
当然，节约水资源不能光靠宣传，我们还需要有实际的
行动。下面我给大家推荐几个节

水多用。如洗脸水用后可以洗脚，养
