My father was writing a composition in

contest. The apartment was very quiet.
Suddenly the light went out. It was a
blackout, but I liked it very much. It
came
and I didn’t have to do my homework. We went to
the living room
very slowly. After 5 minutes,
we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate
day. I said that let’s held a concert. My
parents agreed with me. I took out
some
candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing
and talking. We
had a really good time. But
while I was singing, the light suddenly turned
on. Oh, my God. My father went back to his
room went on writing. My
mother turned on the
TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework! I felt
very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought
I hated light. I hoped there
would be a
blackout the next day. I thought I would enjoy
myself more and
more. I went into a
dream……今晚真是个忙碌的晚上。
我正在家里写作业，我爸爸正在书房里写作文。
我妈妈对上海歌剧感兴趣。

突然间断电了。

断电了，我就可以不用写作业了。
我们慢慢的走向起居室。
五分钟后，我们都坐在沙发上。

我说让我们开个音乐会。
我父母都同意了。
我拿出一些蜡烛并点燃它们。
我们唱歌，大笑，聊天。
我们都玩得很开心但是当我在唱歌时，灯突然亮了。
哦，我的上帝啊。
我爸爸继续回房间写作文。
我妈妈开着电视并对我说“亲爱的，去写作业!我觉得很沮丧。
我坐在桌子边，想我恨灯光。
我希望第二天还能够断电。
我觉得我会越来越开心的。
我陷入了梦境…………
我每天早上十一点起床，洗了一次，我和父母一起吃了一顿好的
午餐。
下一步我玩电脑游戏，直到吃晚饭的时候。
晚餐后。
我一直玩到凌晨二点，然后就去睡觉了。
这是我寒假的一天。
但我从来没有厌倦所有的时间。
有时我看书，有时我听音乐或收音机在床上，因为它是非常寒冷
的外面和雪的所有天。

the winter holiday, I was very
happy because
of the Chinese new year and other reasons. During
the
holiday, my parents and I went back to my
hometown in the countryside in
Hebei Province.
I had not come back for several years, so that I
was so
surprised to find that great changes
had taken place in this small village in
the
past years. Almost every family in the village had
color TV set and
some of them had computers.
Many families had their houses newly built
or
rebuilt. Previously,could be seen everywhere, but
now they have taken
on an entirely newlook.
Motorcycles or even private cars are not luxuries
any of the villagers proudly told me that he
and some other
villagers were going to
join a tour and travel abroad. Previously, the
villagers were busy in their farm work all the
year round, but now they
have much more time
and money to relax or entertain. Traveling has
become a new trend among villagers. Seeing
these amazing changes, my
father said that he
would go back to my hometown as soon as he
retired.
As for me, I strongly supported his
idea.寒假期间，因为春节和其他原因
我很开心。
假期期间，我父母和我回到河北的乡下老家。
我已经好几年没回去了，所以看到过去这些年这座小村庄发生的
巨大变化我感到很惊讶。
几乎村里的每一户人家都有彩电，有的还有了电脑。
很多家庭都有了新建的或重建的房子。
以前，老式瓦房随处可见，但是现在它们看上去完全是一幅新的
景象。
摩托车或者甚至是私家车也已不再是奢侈品了。
一位村民骄傲地告诉我他和其他一些村民跟团出国旅游了。
以前，村民们一整年都忙于农活，但是现在它们有更多时间和钱
去放松娱乐。
旅游已经成为在村民当中已经成为一种新潮流了。
看到这些惊人的变化，我爸爸说他一退休就想回到家乡。
而我也强烈支持他的观点。
