根据新课标,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,全面推进素质 教育。结合小学英语教学的特点,
主要激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养良好的语言学习习惯,着重培养学 生英语基础语言能力和英语语感能

三、教材分析

Unit1 The lion and the mouse
本单元是新学期开始的第一单 元,也是一个典型的故事教学单元。本单元讲述的是一只老鼠如何帮助狮子
脱离险境,最后两者变成好朋 友的故事。通过讲述这个故事展开话题,并且引出本单元所要解决的副词用
法的重点教学内容。本单元的 故事教学,能够极大地吸引学生的学习兴趣,取材巧妙,寓意深刻,语言的
交际性和运用性较强,对学生 的实际语言运用能力有很大的帮忙和指导作用。

本单元以讲述两位 同学的生活习惯为主线,以记叙文的形式分别记录了两位同学的好习惯和坏习惯。每位
同学在生活中都会 有一些好的习惯或者或多或少地存在着一些坏的习惯。因此,本单元安排的教学情境比
较贴近学生的实际 生活,
语言的表述性较强。
此外,
在本单元的教学中,
还多次出现了诸如sometimes, often,

等表示频率的频度 副词的用法。这对于学生讲述一件事情的发生次序及说明所做事情的频率

四、学情分析

通过一个多学期的教学,对学生已有基本了解。班级大部分学生学习习 惯较好,但部分学生出现了不好的
学习习惯,有少数学生也由于遇到困难,学习兴趣不浓,作业完成不够 理想。


这个学期在教学中以学生的发展为宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力 为重点,面向全体学生,在激
发学生兴趣的同时,扎扎实实地从每个学生抓起。六年级的学生学习比较理 性。教师在以活动为课堂教学
的主要形式的同时,要充分发挥任务型教学在高年级的优化使用,设计丰富 多彩的教学活动,有效的完成
教学任务。

同时注意到学生中存在的两极分化,教学内 容注意由简到难,循序渐进,在知识的复现中做好及时补差工
作。
充分培养学生的听说读写能力 ,
尤其要加强识读,
拼写的能力。
重视阅读能力和写作能力的同步培养。
重视 英语作为语言的交际功能。

五、提高教学质量的措施

【教材分析】

作为本册教材的起始单元,
本单元的课文仍旧是一个经典故事,
改编自著名的寓言故事
《狮
子和老鼠》< br>。故事已拟人的手法呈现了两个强弱分明的动物形象,表达了两个寓意:
一是小人

备了较为独立自主的 思考和判断能力,
